Register that Domain Name - It's not that expensive

You will need to register your URL (Uniform Resource Location) or Web Address with one authorized registration agent.  When the Internet was young, there was only one place to do this. Now there are several place you can do this registration process.  Competition has brought this cost down by over 60%. I urge you to find a name that is available an register it in YOUR NAME. That way, you can easily more from web host to web host. Some of my favorite places to register a domain name are:

Once you your own URL and  have learned how to make your own web sites writing HTML code or using a WYSWIG web site making program , you will need to have someplace to host your website classroom. You are better off spending a few dollars per month and hosting your web site OFF CAMPUS.  This way you control the content.
